U.S. Kids Golf, LLC (“U.S. Kids Golf”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. The website at https://www.uskidsgolf.com links to equipment sold by U.S. Kids Golf, LLC. Tournament programs available through the website are operated by U.S. Kids Golf Foundation Inc. References to “U.S. Kids Golf” in this Privacy Policy include both entities unless otherwise specified. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to explain U.S. Kids Golf’s privacy practices with respect to your interactions with us such as when you visit our stores, website(s) or digital properties (including but not limited to mobile apps and order and purchase flows and our integrations into other services) that link to this Privacy Policy (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy is also intended to provide you (together with any person helping you visit, access, register with or use any of those online or digital properties, products or services, “you” or “your”) with an overview of the following:

the types of information U.S. Kids Golf collects about you;
how U.S. Kids Golf collects such information;
how U.S. Kids Golf uses such information;
how U.S. Kids Golf discloses such information; and
U.S. Kids Golf’s security measures for protecting such information.

Carefully read this Privacy Policy in its entirety. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy, as well as U.S. Kids Golf’s Terms. Your continuing visit, access, registration with, subscription to or use of any of the foregoing reaffirms your acceptance and agreement in each instance.

1. Information We Collect.

Information you provide directly to U.S. Kids Golf.

U.S. Kids Golf may collect information about you through the Services. Depending upon your use of the Services and your interactions with U.S. Kids Golf, the categories of such information might include:

Contact Information: such as your name (first, last and/or middle), unique identifiers (e.g., username), mailing address, email address, and telephone number, including contact information for third parties that you provide to us (for example, the name and email address of a gift recipient);
Login information for the Services such as username, password, security questions and answers;
Your electronic signature;
Billing, payment or shipping information such as credit card or other payment method information, billing address (which is processed by our third-party payment processor);
Transactional information such as your orders, shipping address, pricing, payments, item information, and shipping terms;
Your business information (e.g., company, title, mailing address, email address, telephone number, facsimile number, tax ID number);
Demographic information, such as your interests, preferences, age, and gender;
Communications, research and feedback such as feedback you submit to us and questions and comments that you send us through online forms and social media platforms, by email, over the phone, in chat tools, by mail, or in surveys;
Audio and video such as audio recordings of customer service calls or security video footage if you visit one of our properties;
Content you submit such as comments, videos, photographs, images and information about such statements or content, which you submit or post on or through the Services or which are accessed via your public or linked social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram); and
Inferences, which we derive or infer about your potential interests and behaviors based on other information we collect.

Information we collect automatically.

We may automatically receive and store certain information about the computer or device you use to access the Services or your activity on the Services. We and our vendors may use a variety of technologies, including cookies, to collect this information, such as:

Information about your computer, mobile device, and/or browser (e.g., IP address, device IDs, operating system, connection speed, bandwidth, browser type, referring/exit web pages, web page requests, cookie information, hardware attributes, software attributes);
Usage activity with the Services such as the time and duration of your use, browsing activity, search terms, your clickstream data on the Services, keystroke activity, and how you interact with our emails;
Your geolocation when you use certain services (with your permission and in accordance with your device settings).

Information from Other Sources.

We also obtain information from other sources, like payment vendors who provide us with payment or balance information, analytics vendors, and security vendors, who provide us with information to secure our systems, prevent fraud and help us protect the security of the Services.

If you access the Services through a third-party connection or log-in (such as through sign in with Google), you may allow us to have access to and store certain information from such third-party services, depending on your settings on that service. If you do not wish to have this information disclosed, you may be able to adjust your account settings on those third-party services, or choose not to use these connections to access the Services. 2. How We Use Information.

U.S. Kids Golf may use the personal information it collects from you through the Services in a variety of ways, such as, for example, to:

Provide the Services to you, including by processing your requests, fulfilling your orders;
Communicate with you, including by sending you Services-related and marketing communications; communicate with third parties at your direction, such as sending gift notifications and shipping updates to gift recipients on your behalf;
Understand your use of and make improvements to our Services and develop new ones, including carrying out research and analytics, creating measurement and analytics reports for us and others, and using artificial intelligence to improve our internal systems;
Allow you to communicate with others through the Services, for example, through online forums, chat rooms, and bulletin boards;
Personalize and advertise the Services, including by making recommendations for content you might like and advertising the Services to you on the Services and on other sites and platforms, and as further discussed in the Online Analytics and Advertising section of this Policy below;
Comply with law, prevent and investigate fraud and other illegal activities, and for other safety and security purposes, including to protect or enforce U.S. Kids Golf’s and/or its parent’s, subsidiaries’ or affiliated companies’ respective rights and properties, as well as to protect or enforce the rights and properties of others (which may include you); and
For other purposes, with your consent.

Combined Information. For the purposes discussed in this Privacy Policy, we may combine the information that we collect through the Services with information that we receive from other sources, both online and offline, and use such combined information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Aggregated/De-Identified Information. We may aggregate and/or de-identify any information collected through the Services so that such information can no longer reasonably be linked to you or your device (“Aggregated/De-Identified Information”). We may use Aggregated/De-Identified Information for any purpose permitted by applicable law, including for research and marketing purposes, and may also disclose such data to third parties. For example, we may use Aggregated/De-Identified Information to create statistics that help us better understand our customer base.

Artificial Intelligence. We (including through our service providers) may use artificial intelligence tools (e.g., large language models) to assist us in processing your information for the purposes listed above as permitted by applicable law.

3. How We Disclose Information.

U.S. Kids Golf may disclose your information, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy, to:

Affiliates within our family of affiliated companies;
Business partners to provide you with services that you participate in or request, such as co-sponsors of a promotion that runs on our Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these entities;
Service providers and other vendors who help U.S. Kids Golf provide, manage, and market the Services, including web hosting, research and analytics, transaction and payment processing, promotion administration, artificial intelligence, fraud prevention, identity management, and other services, some of which may rely on artificial intelligence (e.g., large language models) for processing subject to appropriate restrictions and applicable law;
Third-party marketing and advertising partners that provide advertising, content, or other functionality on and off the Services;
Social media services, if you log into the Services with a social media service or if you connect a social media account with the Services. In that case, we disclose certain of your personal information to that social media service depending on your settings. The social media service’s privacy policy then applies to their practices regarding your information.
Other parties when required by law or as necessary to protect our users and Services, including to comply with applicable law and legal processes, respond to requests from public and government authorities (including public and government authorities outside your country of residence), enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you, or others, and allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain;
Other parties in connection with a corporate transaction, such as any potential or actual merger, acquisition or other event involving a change in ownership or control of U.S. Kids Golf or U.S. Kids Golf’s business (whether by sale of assets, merger, stock purchase or otherwise);
Other parties with your consent or when you direct us to do so.

4. Children.

The Services are general-audience services designed for adults. We do not direct the Services to, and do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under thirteen (13) years of age. Although we sell youth golf equipment, our website and purchasing experience are intended for parents, guardians, and other adult purchasers — not for use by children.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at privacy@uskidsgolf.com with the subject line "COPPA Inquiry."

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization as required by applicable law. Some state laws impose additional obligations regarding data of minors. Where applicable, we comply with those requirements.

5. Third Party Applications and Networks.

The Services and/or any communications sent through or as a function of the Services might contain links to third-party websites, networks, platforms, servers and/or applications (“Third-party Services”). Third-party Services might also contain links to the Services. In addition, you might have the opportunity to access the Services using your online user accounts with certain Third-Party Services, which might be subject to separate privacy policies pertaining to those third-party websites, networks, platforms, servers or applications. U.S. Kids Golf might also collect information from those Third-party Services. You should carefully review the relevant terms of use and privacy policies associated with Third-party Services.

6. Security and Retention.

U.S. Kids Golf implements a variety of security measures designed to help protect the information it collects through the Services. For example, U.S. Kids Golf encrypts the transmission of information through the Services by using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic system is completely secure, so there is no guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed in connection with a breach of our physical, technical, organizational, or managerial safeguards.

To help maintain the security of your personal information, U.S. Kids Golf asks that you please notify U.S. Kids Golf immediately of any unauthorized visit, access or use of your account (e.g., username or password).

U.S. Kids Golf may retain your information for as long as we determine it is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which we process it (e.g., as long as your account is active), or as needed to comply with applicable legal obligations. For example, we will also retain and use information as necessary to resolve disputes, protect U.S. Kids Golf and our customers, and enforce our agreements.

Retention Criteria. The retention period for each category of personal information depends on the purpose for which the information was collected, our ongoing business needs, and applicable legal requirements. As a general guide:

Contact, billing, and transactional information: retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus the applicable statute-of-limitations period (typically 3–6 years).
Account credentials: retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to permit reactivation or respond to inquiries.
Device, usage, and cookie data: retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless a shorter period applies.
Communications and customer-service recordings: retained for up to 3 years.

We periodically review our retention practices and delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed.

7. Online Analytics and Advertising.

Cookie Categories and Consent. We classify the tracking technologies used on the Services into the following categories:

Strictly Necessary. Technologies required for the basic operation of the Services (e.g., session management, security, load balancing). These do not require your consent.
Functional. Technologies that remember your preferences and enhance your experience. These are activated based on your consent preferences.
Analytics. Technologies that help us understand how visitors use the Services, such as Google Analytics. These are activated based on your consent preferences.
Advertising / Targeting. Technologies that deliver advertisements relevant to your interests and measure advertising campaign performance, including pixels and tags operated by third-party advertising platforms. These are activated based on your consent preferences.

Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies are not loaded until you have made an affirmative consent choice through our cookie consent manager, except where applicable law permits their use without prior consent. If you decline non-essential cookies or do not interact with the consent banner, only strictly necessary technologies will operate.

Analytics. We use third-party web analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to help us understand how visitors use the Services. These service providers collect information such as your IP address, pages visited, time on page, and referring URLs. To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or you may adjust your preferences through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of the Services.
Advertising. We may make available certain information to third-party advertising partners so that they can serve advertisements that may be relevant to your interests. These partners may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing activity from the Services. We and our advertising partners may use this information to deliver targeted advertisements to you on the Services and on other websites and platforms. The categories of information that may be disclosed to advertising partners, and whether such disclosure constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law, are described in the "Your Rights and Choices" section below and, for California residents, in our California Notice at Collection.

Opt-Out Choices. You may control your cookie and tracking preferences in the following ways:

Cookie Consent Manager: Click the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of the Services to adjust your preferences.
Google Analytics: Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

8. Your Rights and Choices.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to make certain requests regarding your personal information. Specifically, residents of certain US states (currently including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia, and any other state with an applicable consumer privacy law) may have the right to ask us to undertake the following if applicable: The specific rights available to you depend on your state of residence and applicable law. Confirm whether we are processing your personal information.
Provide you access to and/or a copy of certain personal information we hold about you.
Opt-out of targeted advertising.
Delete personal information we hold about you.
Change or correct personal information. You can edit some of the information about you. You can also ask us to change, update or fix information about you in certain cases, particularly if it is inaccurate.
Transfer your information to a third party, where technically feasible.
Withdraw your consent to processing of your information, where applicable, and where you have provided your affirmative consent to process your information for a specific purpose.
Provide you with information about the financial incentives that we offer to you, if any.

Appeals. If we decline your privacy request in whole or in part, you may appeal that decision. To submit an appeal, email privacy@uskidsgolf.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within the timeframe required by applicable law. If your appeal is denied, we will provide you with information on how to contact the applicable state attorney general, if required by law.

California and Oregon residents can request information about the categories of information we collect, disclose or sell or share about you; California residents can request the sources of such information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling or sharing your information; and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose information. Such information is also set forth in this Privacy Policy.

State-Specific Supplements.

California: You may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. See our California Notice at Collection (https://www.uskidsgolf.com/pages/california-privacy) for detailed disclosures including categories of personal information collected, sold, and shared; retention periods; and sensitive personal information. California residents may also request information about the categories and sources of personal information collected about them, the business or commercial purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed.

Virginia: Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, you may access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We process sensitive data only with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

Colorado: Under the Colorado Privacy Act, you may access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. Colorado law requires that we offer a universal opt-out mechanism; we honor GPC and similar signals for Colorado residents.

Connecticut: Under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, you may access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. Effective October 1, 2026, Connecticut law requires recognition of opt-out preference signals.

Texas: Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. If we sell sensitive personal data, we provide the notice required by Texas law.

Oregon, Delaware, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nebraska, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah: Residents of these states may exercise applicable rights as described in this section. Contact us or visit our webform for state-specific details.

Oregon, Minnesota, and Connecticut residents can request a list of the specific third parties, other than natural persons, to which we have disclosed information.

You can make a request to exercise your privacy rights in accordance with applicable law through emailing us at privacy. You may also contact us at privacy@uskidsgolf.com. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may submit your request through an authorized agent with written permission from you. Please note that if we receive a request from an authorized agent, we may still need to verify you before fulfilling your request. We will respond to your request within the time period prescribed by applicable law. Please note that many of the above rights are subject to exceptions and limitations and may impact your ability to use the Services.

Opt Out of Sales of Personal Information and Processing/Sharing of Personal Information for Targeted Advertising Purposes. While we do not sell your information in exchange for money, as explained above, we may provide information about your device and online browsing activities or hashed contact information to third-party advertising providers for targeted advertising purposes, so that we can provide you with more relevant and tailored ads regarding our services, and use analytics partners to assist us in analyzing the use of the Services and our user/customer base. The disclosure of your information to these third parties to assist us in providing these services may be considered a “sale” of personal information under applicable law or the processing/sharing of personal information for targeted advertising purposes.

If you would like to opt out of processing of your personal information for purposes that could be considered “sales” for those third parties' own commercial purposes, or “sharing” for purposes of targeted advertising, please click the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer of our website. Please note that you will need to exercise your right separately on each browser and device you use to access the Services. Please note that we do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age without legally-required affirmative authorization.

Opt-Out Preference Signals. We recognize opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), as valid requests to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information, and the processing of personal information for targeted advertising, to the extent required by applicable law. When we detect an opt-out preference signal from your browser:

We treat the signal as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information linked to that browser for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
Non-essential advertising and analytics cookies and pixels will not be activated for that browsing session.
If you are logged in to an account while sending an opt-out preference signal, we will apply your opt-out choice to your account where we can reasonably associate the signal with your account.
Your opt-out preference signal applies to the specific browser and device from which it is sent. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you should enable the signal on each one.

Do Not Track. Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. However, we do recognize opt-out preference signals such as GPC, as described above.

Marketing Communications. You may instruct us not to use your information to contact you by email, postal mail, or phone regarding products, services, promotions and special events that might appeal to your interests by contacting us using the information below. You can opt-out of receiving further promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe link provided in the promotional email you receive.

Regardless of your request, we may still use and disclose certain information as permitted by this Privacy Policy or as required or permitted by applicable law. For example, you may not opt out of certain operational emails, such as those reflecting our relationship or transactions with you.

10. Users outside the United States.

We are headquartered in the United States of America. Personal information may thus be accessed by us or transferred to us in the United States. By providing us with personal information, you acknowledge that your personal information will be stored and processed in the United States. We will process your information according to this Privacy Policy, regardless of where your information is processed or stored.

To the extent applicable, the laws in some jurisdictions require us to tell you about the legal grounds we rely on to process your information. To the extent those laws apply, our legal bases for processing your information as described in this Privacy Policy are as follows:

Performance of our obligations under a contract or commitment to you. For example, we process your personal information to comply with our order and purchase agreements, and our website terms of service.
In furtherance of our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of others. For example, we process information to secure our services, to help U.S. Kids Golf analyze how users use our platform, defend our legal rights, and prevent fraud.
Compliance with applicable legal obligations. For example, we retain information for as long as needed to comply with applicable laws.
