From foundational values taught by the Positive Coaching Alliance to the deeper insights provided through PDP training, our approach ensures that every young golfer feels encouraged, understood, and motivated to reach their full potential.
Positive Coaching Alliance
U.S. Kids Golf is proud to partner with the Positive Coaching Alliance to educate our members in the benefits of creating the most positive, encouraging, and engaging culture for students,parents, and coaches. All coaches must pass a test conducted by the PCA in order to become a U.S. Kids Golf Certified Coach.
PDP Personality
Every individual learns and reacts based on the type of personality they have, and not enough coaches understand how to effectively communicate with a student based on individual needs. PDP training allows coaches to reach students in ways that will properly motivate and encourage their development and enjoyment of the education process.
