• Purchase must be made from an authorized U.S. Kids Golf Retailer.
• Used or Outlet Golf Clubs are not eligible for the 6th Club Free Program.
• Collect UPCs for at least five clubs. (The UPC is the barcode-slicker located at the start of individual clubs on the act box for full sets.)
• Original register receipt(s) or U.S. Kids Golf Packing Slip.

Yard Club or Ultralight (UL7) has a $55 discount code value for every 5 clubs purchased. 10 clubs purchased has a $110 value.

Tour Series (TS5) or AV Cloud has a $80 discount code value for every 5 clubs purchased. 10 clubs purchased has a $160 value.

Tour Series (TS6) has a $100 discount code value for every 5 clubs purchased. 10 clubs purchased has a $200 value.

Discount codes are one-time use and must be used during one transaction.

• Total club count must equal five (5) clubs.
• 3 and 4-club sets require an additional purchase to equal five (5) clubs.
• For 7-club sets, retain two (2) UPCs for your next redemption opportunity!

• U.S. Kids Golf covers the cost of the return shipping with a 5-club minimum.
• U.S. Kids Golf will send you a box for the return if needed.
• Any clubs received that are not considered in reasonable condition will not receive credit.
• Valid only in the continental United States.

Only U.S. Kids Golf Tour Series, Ultralight, AV Cloud, Ultralight for Women, and Yard Club products are eligible for return. A minimum of 5 clubs is required for us to send a box and a FedEx Shipping label to you.
