U.S. Kids Golf Teen World Championship

Priority Status

2013 Tournament Schedule

Key Dates Calendar

There are three levels of Priority Status that players may earn, based on their order of finish at U.S. Kids Golf events: Green Status, Orange Status, and Blue Status. All players must meet the Scoring Requirement at the event in which he or she qualifies. This Priority Status is good for one year and covers all events that are played in that span.  Check a player's Status on the Priority Status Player List.
From the Priority Status start date, a player will receive, by email, invitations with an unlock code, based on their Priority Status color, to each U.S. Kids Golf Major Invitational Championship. (Please see Key Dates to know when invitations will be sent.) Each invitation period is open to a particular Status color for approximately one month.  Please note that receiving an invitation does not guarantee a player’s spot, as entries into all events are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis. Each Priority Color group’s opportunity to enter will end at midnight, Eastern Time, on the date published.

Green Status – Valid for the first period of registration
Orange Status – Valid for the second period of registration
Blue Status – Valid for the third period of registration
Scoring Exemptions begin after Blue Status closes

If a player does not enter during their Priority Status period, that player must wait until General Registration is open before he/she may register, if space is still available. However, for example, should a player earn Green Status at one event and Orange Status at another, that player will receive an invitation in both periods of registration for as long as each color of Status is valid.  Should you not receive the appropriate code at the proper time, please contact our tournament customer service department, tournaments@uskidsgolf.com

General Registration

During the General Registration period, all persons may apply to enter each Major Invitational Championship (except the World Championship). Should a player with Green, Orange, or Blue Status fail to register in their Priority Color Status period, each will be allowed to enter during the General Registration period.
Additionally, scoring exemption invitations will be offered during General Registration, based on play at Local Tours and Qualifiers throughout the year. To become eligible for a scoring exemption invitation, please consider playing in as many Local Tour events as possible in order to lower your best score.
If you have a Priority Color Status but did not enter in your priority invitation period and would like to enter during this General Registration period, please contact our customer service department, tournaments@uskidsgolf.com, to request an unlock code.
If you do not have Priority Color Status but would like to request entry, please email the below requested information to tournaments@uskidsgolf.com.
