State Championships are two-day events open to residents of the host state only. Players can earn Priority Status to gain invitations to Regional, International, World and Teen World Championships. A player's age on the last day of the month prior to the event will determine his/her age bracket for the State Championship.
State Championships follow U.S. Kids Golf Major Championship Rules and Regulations. For a look at the Major Championship Rules click Major Championship Hard Card
Similar to the PGA TOUR, players at U.S. Kids Golf events are encouraged to have caddies to help them play their best. Allowing caddies is a special component of our tournaments and is our commitment to encouraging family interaction that builds lasting memories. Players age 8 and under must have a caddie at all times. Please review the USKG Policies for more information on this special part of all U.S. Kids Golf competitions.
Compete for the chance to be the best in your state! Players who finish in the top three (and ties) of their age group will receive trophies.
