6th Club Free - UK Details of the Program

1. The free club can be the graphite, composite, or steel shafted iron or putter of your choice in any Ultralight system that you desire. (excludes TOUR SERIES and some discontinued items.)
2. You must include £5.00 (GBP) or £8.00 (Northern Ireland) for shipping and handling per club. Cheque payment only.  To qualify, the first five clubs may be a starter set or a combination of clubs from any color systems that you purchase.
3. Proof of purchase is original purchase receipt(s) and UPC bar code(s) off each club or set purchased.
4. To receive your club, you must join USKG Club by completing the online form (membership is free, click here to join).
5. Download, print, and complete the Every 6th Club Free order form and return by mail with appropriate proof of purchase(s) and payment.
6. Please allow four (4) weeks for delivery.

The Every 6th Club Free program may be used as often as you like.

Exclusions:
 - This program is available to UK residents.
 - 6th Club Free can only be shipped within the UK mainland.
 - Offer excludes retailers.
 - U.S. Kids Golf reserves the right to refuse an order.
 - U.S. Kids Golf reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time without notice.
 - Till receipts from outside the UK are not accepted.
