Q – Can my five U.S. Kids Golf clubs be from different sizes?
A – Yes, they can come from any of our sizes.
Q – Can my free club be from a different system than the five purchased clubs?
A – If you purchased Ultralight you can only redeem Ultralight clubs. If you purchased TOUR SERIES clubs you can redeem TOUR SERIES or Ultralight clubs.
Q – Can my free club be a wood or hybrid?
A – Woods and hybrids are available with an additional fee.
Q – Can I get a club that is not listed on the form?
A – No, only clubs listed on the form are available with this program.
Q – What is the UPC code?
A – It is the bar code that is found on the box of sets or the hang card of individual clubs. Starting in 2007, products all individual clubs have a UPC sticker on the shaft that can be removed. In a set, only one club will have the sticker but it is for all clubs represented in the set.
Q - I bought a stand bag starter set last year. I was not aware of the 6th club free promotion until now. If I have all UPC codes and original register receipt, can I still send in an order and get a 6th club free?
A – Yes, as long as you have the UPC codes and original register receipt, it is not a problem.
Q – Is there anything I can do to qualify for the 6th club free promotion if I no longer have the original register receipt?
A – We suggest that you try and obtain a copy from the point of purchase. Without this, and the product UPC codes, the order will be declined.
Q - I did not save my UPC codes after purchase of USKG clubs. Is there anything else I can use in their place?
A – No. UPC codes and the original register receipt are the two items required for this promotion.
Q – I ordered my US Kids Clubs by mail, direct from US Kids Golf and did not receive an original register receipt. Is there anything else I can use?
A – Yes. Either the Invoice or Packing ticket is a sufficient record of proof of purchase.
Q – Can I use my USKG Club $5.00 Coupon toward my S&H fee?
A – No, the coupon can only be used toward a retail purchase of $20 or more
Q - I purchased my clubs from eBAY, do I qualify for the 6th club free promotion?
A - No, eBAY is not an authorized US Kids Golf Retailer, therefore, purchases made on eBAY do not qualify.
