LOCAL TOUR REFERRAL PROGRAM

PGA and LPGA Members and current participants can earn $25 by referring any eligible child who has never played in a U.S Kids Golf event.  For each qualified child that registers for a Local Tour event and sends in a completed referral form, you will receive a $25 credit to your USKG account.  Those that do not have an account will be sent a check.

Ask your friends or relatives to visit www.uskidsgolf.com and join the USKG Club.  
They should select a Tour and register for one or more events.
Have them download, fill out and fax the Referral Form to the U.S. Kids Golf Foundation at 678-405-3422 before participating in their first U.S. Kids Golf event.  
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The $50 Registration fee is non-refundable.
 
Referred kids may register for any U.S. Kids Golf Local Tour.  No credit will be issued for qualified referrals unless a referral form is sent in by the referred family and is received prior to participation in their first Local Tour event. A referred player cannot be referred by more than one person. Siblings may not refer each other and parents may not refer their own children. Local Tour Directors are not eligible to receive referral fees.
 
To qualify, referred kids must not have played in any U.S. Kids Golf Local Tour.
 
U.S. Kids Golf reserves the right to revise or cancel this offer, in whole or in part, at any time. Other restrictions may apply.
