Because the forward tees on most golf courses are approximately 2500 yards for 9 holes, they are too long for kids and adult beginners. By adding 2 sets of tee locations (Blue Level 1 - 1100 yards and Gold Level 2 tees - 1900 yards) all family members are able to enjoy their round. Many courses provide a special scorecard for these tee locations.
